Guarantee Policy

All Sekhmet bags are crafted with premium, luxury materials, ensuring longevity and durability. We stand by the quality of our products, and each bag comes with a 3-month guarantee. This guarantee covers any manufacturing defects such as stitching issues, hardware malfunctions, or material quality concerns.

The guarantee does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Order Policy

Customers can place orders via our website or selected authorized retailers. Once an order is placed, it will be confirmed via email.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after the confirmation is received. Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless it's a reserved item.

Return Policy

Refunds are only accepted in the case of faulty items. However, we do offer exchanges for other items or sizes. The item must be returned undamaged and unused in its original packaging. There's is an exchange shipping fee will be charged. Notification of any exchange request must be made within 72 hours of delivery.

Shipping Policy

We offer standard shipping for all domestic orders within Egypt. International

shipping is available at additional rates, which will be calculated during checkout.

Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international orders may take 7-14 business days depending on location.

Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been shipped.

Sekhmet is not responsible for any customs fees or delays on international orders.

Warranty & Repairs

Beyond the 3-month guarantee, Sekhmet offers a lifetime repair service for a fee.

Customers can contact our support team to discuss repair options.

If your Sekhmet bag requires repair outside of the warranty period, our team will assess the damage and provide a cost estimate for repair services.

Reservation Policy

Sekhmet bags are available in limited quantities. Customers can reserve items from upcoming collections or restocked products without requiring an upfront payment.

Reserved items will be ready within 2 weeks and shipped once available.

Payment can be made via cash on delivery or POS at the time of delivery.
