We offer standard shipping within Egypt and international shipping at additional rates, with tracking information provided upon dispatch. While refunds are only accepted for faulty items, we do offer exchanges for other items or sizes. The item must be returned undamaged and unused in its original packaging. An exchange shipping fee will be charged. Notification of any exchange request must be made within 72 hours of delivery.
